Good governance ensures that EFATP Kenya can be trusted to perform its operations in the best possible way. 

The organization's engine is driven by the expertise of its Trustees, Advisors and Volunteer Team who are spread across the country and internationally. Thanks to EFATP Kenya strong human resources, the organization has a great understanding of the vast and complex issues faced by children ,Students nd Youth. 

People and Process: 
The Organisation Recruits s quality workforce and management to ensure smooth and perfect operations. 
i) A highly qualified Board of Trustees comprising of successful people from various walks of life. 
ii) An efficient Management team which reports in to the Board of Trustees 
iii) A talented and highly motivated team of professionals in departments of operations 
iv) and fund raising. 
v) A dedicated team of selfless volunteers and missionaries.
vi) An experienced and highly qualified Advisory Panel from the corporate world, bureaucrats, successful businessmen. 
The good governance is evident from the way the governing body and management ensures that there are no loopholes in the process.

Jeremaih Otieno
Jeremaih Otieno took over as Vice Chairman from May 2006. He has been actively involved in the strategic planning, analysis and expansion of programmes at EFATP Kenya since 2005. He has been on EFATP Board of Trustees since 2005. He is Deeply committed to the socio-cultural development of Kenya, Jerremaih is also involved in philanthropic activities and is particularly passionate about underprivileged & Vulnerable Children and community community. 
  
  Francis Adipo
Francis Adipo is on EFATP Board of Trustees . He is a Mechanical engineer .After his retirement at the age of 50 He opted to involve himself in the Socio development sector .He is co –founder of Adopt A Teacher in Kenya and has been associated with the planning and execution of several of EFATPs programmes since 2004. 
    
Melisa Brook
Melisa Brook is support Director and a member of advisory board.Currently based in Ireland.She holds a Bachelors degree in International development studies and also has masters in  Public Administrations.She has been associated with the planning and execution of several of EFATPs programmes since 2006.Brook works as a marketing professional, so she enjoys the ability to transfer her skills and expertise to philanthropy. 
   
Nick Mulei
Nick Mulei is a founding member of EFATP kenya and was instrumental in the growth of the organization in its formative years.Nick Grew up in slums of Kibera and has first experience of needy students.He holds a B.Chemisry degree & Masters  from University of Nairobi and ....and Current he is pursuing his PHD in  South Africa.

Victoria Kenya
Ms.Victoria Kenya she is sociologist .She Grew up in slums and has first experience of needy students.she is a founding member of  EFATP Kenya . She has extensive developed experience.This experience,combined with her background in Community Development and Degree in  Development studies with minor in Economic & Public administration is enabling her to realise her dream of helping Underprivilleged and needy youth and children. Victoria works as a Marketing and Administration professional, so she appreciates the ability to transfer her skills and expertise to philanthropy.

Geneviv White
Gene was a Branch Manager for a Bank for 6 years and also worked as a field officer for 3 years in  Daalc Foundation . She currently assists in  managing all the programmes in the EFATP Kenya. He has a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and Currently pursuing Masters.White works as a Human Resource professional.
     
Miriam Angelina
Miriam has rich experience in teaching both as primary and secondary school teacher. She has also been a headmistress for 10 years. She has been working with EFATP since 2007 and is presently part of the resource group. She holds a Bachelors degree in Education.   

Mohamed Abdi
Currently Member of the Board, Mr. Abdi has been associated with EFATP Kenya since 2008. Mr.Abdi has a B.Com and LLB from Mangalore university 
 
ELLY OMOLLO
Elly Omolo is the Managing Diretor of Management & Training consultants in kenya and been on EFATP Board of Advisory since 2006. He is Deeply committed to the social development of Kenya, Mr. OmOllo is also involved in philanthropic activities and is particularly passionate about underprivileged & Vulnerable Children and community .He is the Program Director of Bwaja Community. He has participated in the growth of the EFATP organization by providing regular strategic direction to EFATP programmes.
   
 Ennocent Ochieng
Managing Director  of Gilgal Consult ltd and has been associated with EFATP Kenya since 2007. He holds a B.Com degree and also has a Masters in Business Administration. 
  
Njeri suzzane white
Suzanne Singh has been associated with EFATP Kenya since 2006. A Internal development graduate, she has over 10 years experience in the advertising and marketing fields. She is actively involved in strategy planning and managing the communication needs of EFATP Kenya.
  
Kingsley Otieno
Assistant Field Coordinator, EFATP Nairobi
Kingsley is assistant in EFATP preschool programme & Uniform Project .He holds a degree in Information Techlnology from Makerere University.

Frankline Abondo
Assistant Field Coordinator, EFATP Bondo
He is EFATP beneficiary .He is presently the Field Coordinator IN Bondo .

Rose Peggy
Programme Advisory and advocacy and Networking of EFATP in Kisumu & Ugunja.Rose joined EFATP Kenya early 2009.

Charles Kasinga 

Charles,He joins EFATP Advisory team Board.He is Support Director of Kenya scholarship fund ,USA and He is General Manager of Kenya.com Inc
